The SIMtone USP is a single, modular software platform that enables network operators to provision, manage and deliver any type of “cloud computing service” to their subscribers, anywhere, on-demand and on-the-fly. Designed and built to match Tier 1 carrier operators requirements, it is the first data-less, state-less, protocol-independent, multi-service provisioning platform that automatically provisions and manages connectivity, security, service session, its quality and features, as well as subscribers and devices, for any number and any type of computing services hosted “in any cloud.” SIMtone USP delivers cloud services such as virtual desktops, DaaS and SaaS, and Web applications to subscribers, on-demand and on-the-fly, on any device and any broadband connection, via a single-user ID. The SIMtone platform allows network operators to provision their own SIMtone cloud computing services as well as offer privately-manageable, seamless, mobile and secure on-demand access to their customers' “clouds” very inexpensively, without any additional network asset build-out and eliminating all end-point management costs, for themselves and for their customers.

The SIMtone USP product line consists of the USP base platform and a number of OAM Expansion Modules.
The Simtone USP base platform is the fundamental element of the SIMtone Cloud-Computing Platform. When installed and provisioned on an operator’s network, it enables datacenters to quickly register their hosted services with the operator, activate or terminate any subscriber and deliver immediate access to their services.
SIMtone USP intelligently delivers all services to zero-touch, non-processing terminals (SNAPs) that can be standalone, low-cost hardware appliances, or software terminals usable via browsers or on PCs.
The SIMtone XAS service-administration platform offers service-management capabilities such as granular multi-service - multi-level administration and profiling capabilities.
The SIMtone SAM is a service-aggregation platform that allows multiple cloud services to be accessible with a single SIMtone subscriber ID.
The SIMtone SSM is the self-support subscriber platform that offers capabilities such as one-click service failback and recovery for any service.
